Lowrance Hook2 4x GPS
From world-leading marine electronics manufacturer Lowrance comes the new Hook2 4x. A perfect first fishfinder, this unit is very easy to use, and has lots of essential features that are desirable for successful days out catching fish from a sit on top kayak.
The bright, clear 4 inch colour screen display is simple to read in low light or sunny conditions. The readings are shown in an easy to understand format and has various alarm settings for water depths and fish notifications. The wide angled broadband sonar is bang up to date and clearly picks up the bottom structure and any fish within the water column.
Lowrance, with many years of experience have developed this fish-finder to be one of the easiest fish finders to use. The menu system is incredibly user friendly and quick to use, perfect when out on the water. The Autotuning sonar technology is a new feature that automatically adjusts the sonar settings as conditions change, meaning more time fishing, and less time playing with the head unit.
Another nice feature on the Hook2 4x is it's basic GPS plotter function. This allows the user to save waypoints, launch points and fishing marks if required. It also allows for trails to be marked out. Please note that this is a basic function in comparison to more expensive units, and does not contain base maps or the ability to upload maps from SD cards.
In summary, this a great unit at an affordable price, packed with usable features and set to be very popular with kayak anglers throughout the UK and further afield.

Scanstrut Deck Seal for Lowrance Transducers
This option allows the transducer cabling to be routed through the kayaks deck from the Fish Finder head unit down in through the kayak hull. This is the correct size for the Lowrance Transducer Cabling. It can also be used for routing the battery cables inside the hull.
