The Old Town Sorrento 106 is a compact touring kayak, designed for day touring in a wide array of calm waters. At 10’3” and weighing in at 20.4kg, the Sorrento 106 is easy to manoeuvrer both on and off the water.
The hull on the Sorrento 106 is designed to offer maximum stability, while a generously sized cockpit makes getting into (and indeed out of) this kayak exceptionally easy, promoting confidence with less chance of feeling enclosed. The extremely comfortable Active Comfort System 2.0 seat system offers extraordinarily comfort with adjustable support including a leg lifter for the front of the seat.
A quick and easy to use drop-down skeg can assist with the straight-line performance and improve the tracking. While a sealed rear bulkhead and quick seal rear hatch offers an area of dry storage, deck bungees can be utilised for items needed a bit sooner.
Also available in the longer Sorrento 126 for those looking to journey further or carry more with them. The Old Town Sorrento 106 is a great choice for beginners and intermediate paddlers alike.
