The Palm Atom Suit has been re-designed as a high-performance drysuit, engineered for paddlers looking for durability, unrestricted mobility, and the best protection in whitewater environments. Developed for cold-water paddling, this latest iteration enhances the existing Atom Drysuit design by utlising Palm Equipment's cutting-edge Seawastex XP 4-layer fabric—a PFAS-free recycled material that provides robust waterproof capabilities whilst minimizing it's environmental footprint.
The new Atom Suit incorporates the resilient, breathable Seawastex material that merges a tightly-woven recycled outer layer, with superior waterproofing and resistance to abrasion. Strategic reinforcement in high wear areas ensures extended durability against repeated contact with the boats outfitting, and tough riverbanks, whereas the clever six-panel articulated design facilitates natural upper-body movement for unrestricted paddle strokes.
The Atom Suit incorporates premium YKK AquaSeal entry and dropseat relief zips, each individually tested for watertight dependability. Latex neck and wrist seals are reinforced by GlideSkin neoprene protective outer-cuffs that enhance comfort and extend the latex lifespan. Thetwin-waist integrates seamlessly with spraydecks, whilst reinforced fabric socks keep feet warm and dry.
