Astral Green Jacket PFD
Paddlers finding themselves pushing their limits on white water all have one thing in common- the need to rely 100% on their buoyancy aid when they find themselves swimming when things goes wrong. Unless of course they are training or on a skills/rescue course. The Green Jacket has evolved over the years to offer what many consider the best white water PFD on the market for running serious white water.
Combining comfort, safety features and ingenious storage space, the Green Jacket offers everything for the aspiring white water warrior. With numerous adjustment points, and a sliding foam front panel, the wearer can achieve a really comfortable fit over drysuits, jackets or a rash vest. A cavernous front pocket is supported by two zipped cargo pockets tucked around the sides, out of the way, but perfect for pieces of rescue kit such as slings or krabs.
With extra reinforcement plates built into the fabric of the PFD, the Green Jacket offers the wearer additional upper body protection from rocks, boats or paddles. A quick release harness is self explanatory, and unique to the Green Jacket is the front safety loop made from Spectra- allowing the paddler to have more versatility in rescue situations. The fleece lined hand warming area can also be used to stow a small throw-line, for those who wish to carry one on their person.

- A quick-release rescue harness is tack stitched into the vest, and includes Karabiner clip for anchoring a cows tail.
- Features a front mounted Spectra® safety loop for emergency extractions.
- Eight adjustment points ensure a custom fit.
- Newly designed front lash tab is a convenient place to attach your rescue knife.
