The Palm Cowtail Pro (formerly known as the Cowtail One) is a fast deploying elasticated attachment for use with PFD harness systems. It comes with an integrated anodised aluminium O-ring and is suitable for a variety of different rescue scenarios. We advise that the user undertakes professional training before using this product on the water.
