Duncan

Being introduced the paddle sports world in his late teens, Duncan’s first experience was a multi day canoe touring expedition in Norway. The trip was an eye opener for him and he was back out on the water as soon as possible, supporting raft guides on white water in the area.

Whilst at university, which was in part chosen because of its kayak club, he became fully obsessed with white water and discovered the individual discipline of kayaking and was out at every available opportunity. Partaking in the BCU Star awards and safety courses, he has helped lead novices down their first white water and coached others to develop their skills.

With practice paddling extensively across the UK, he is still thoroughly enjoying kayaking and shows no signs of stopping soon
