Pyranha Kayaks Custom Playboat

A new concept from Pyranha Kayaks has just launched, and the Pyranha Kayaks Wizard is now available to pre-order. This state of the art playboat looks set to rule the waves, and re-establish the love for playboating. The Wizard has a fast, loose hull for wave moves, with a great volume distribution for vertical moves, yet enough deck volume for aerial moves when required. For weight reduction, and increased stiffness, the Wizard will be supplied with the Elite Pro Outfitting option, for maximum connectivity.

The Pyranha Wizard will only be available in one size (extra medium), and the recommended paddler weight is up to 90kg. Having seen the latest prototype, this boat looks like an instant classic, and we look forward to paddling one as demo's become available.

What makes this boat unique, is that Pyranha will only be moulding a limited edition run of 300 boats (across the world!). With 70 (max.) available to purchase in the UK, with each kayak being individually numbered on a first come, first served basis.

Whether Pyranha reach 300 orders or not, the ability to pre-order one will close on the 26th of February 2026. Once production has been completed, the mould will be stored for a short time to service any warranties, before being recycled.

Every Pyranha Wizard will be custom-made for the paddler, and there is a huge range of colour combinations (including grab-handles). Orders can be placed through the Pyranha boat customiser, and once ready, we will collect directly from the factory on the way into work once outfitted. Customers can either have their boat ready straight away for a collection from here (open 6 days a week), or we can post it directly to any mainland delivery address in the UK (contact us for a price).
