The VE Paddles Skera sea kayaking is designed based on the well-regarded VE Fara high-angle blade shape, yet it features a reduced surface area, resulting in a well-balanced mid-sized option for both inland touring and sea paddling. These mid-sized blades facilitate easier use over extended distances, minimizing strain on the paddlers arms and shoulders and ensuring comfort for daily use. The paddle is available with either a glass or carbon shaft, along with an adjustable paddle length range. The blades are constructed from carbon fibre, and are hollow to provide additional support, uplift and buoyancy on the water.

Produced by components manufacture KajakSport, the high-quality ferrule ensures a secure connection that is fully corrosion-proof, providing reliability. This ferrule allows paddlers to easily modify the paddle's length and adjust the blade feather for both left and right-handed users.
