North Shore Aspect RM
Modern sea kayakers are not all looking to cover the maximum amount of distance in a day, or spending weeks away on tough expeditions. The Aspect has the same features as longer sea kayaks, but in a boat 14 ft long. The cleverly designed hull combines a modest beam with moderately soft chines and shallow V. This provides predictable and responsive handling and a higher level of performance than a general 14ft touring kayak and responsive handling. The North Shore Aspect also has a slightly wider hull shape, which lends itself to more primary stability than narrower sea kayaks. A feature that is well sought after by those with less experience or wanting a more stable touring kayak.
The North Shore Aspect offers sea kayaking performance for paddlers who do not need a 17 foot kayak, and prefer a more all-round kayak. They can be used on UK coastal waters, and also for inland touring, with two roomy bulkheads, there is also plenty of storage space for overnight camping kit if needed. As with all Northshore kayaks, the Aspect and Aspect LV are moulded by a British owned company. Available in two sizes to suit different weight paddlers; including junior kayakers wanting to cover some miles (the Aspect LV has a lower recommended weight capacity of 54kg).

Recommended Accessories
The Code paddles have an adjustable feather and length using the sturdy central adujster. Available in two lay-ups with either a red glass fibre blade or full carbon blade (both options come on a straight carbon shaft). The blade has a mid-sized blade surface area meaning it is suitable for the majority of kayakers not demanding a large blade for racing or short sprints.

The Dock grip is a kayak carrier with 4 rubber feet that adjust to offer a great fit on a wider variety of kayaks. As well as providing a more secure load the grippy feet also help to look after your kayaks hull. The 895 water-sport carrier is designed to fit to all Thule bars with the T-Track system (Aero, Wing and Slide Bars).
