Valley Etain RM
The Valley Etain RM is at its core a high performance expedition sea kayak. Constructed of a highly robust rotomoulded triple layer plastic allows this Etain to be landed on rocky beaches or used to rockhop without the risk of damaging a gel coat (as would be found on the Valley Etain composite). Suitable for use on oceans, be that still waters or choppy seas the Etain RM will offer consistent performance. With great glide characteristics, the Etain can be easily moved along regardless of paddling style.
The Etain RM has a hull design which features a moderate V shape, for good initial stability and improved straightline performance which combined with the long waterline and the neutral balance, meaning the widest point is in the centre next to the paddlers hips, this helps to give predictable handling and offers optimum connectivity between paddler and boat. Featuring a moderate rocker across the entire keel line, the Etain is easily manoeuvrable even in the liveliest conditions.
With four hatches, and bulkheads throughout the hull the Etain offers exceptional storage opportunity, both bow and stern are full sized oval hatches to make for easy loading and the ability to offer better weight distribution when fully laden. The cockpit features a comfortable and easy to adjust padded seat adjustable footpegs. Available in two sizes, 17.5 and 17.7 to suit larger and smaller paddlers.
Overall the Valley Etain is suitable for those who enjoy paddling a responsive kayak which turns and tracks well, and are looking for an expedition capable kayak, regardless of if it is being utilised for a full expedition or just a day out.

The Code paddles have an adjustable feather and length using the sturdy central adujster. Available in two lay-ups with either a red glass fibre blade or full carbon blade (both options come on a straight carbon shaft).
