The Thule Onto 2 tow-bar cargo carrier is a fabric based cargo box designed to mount onto a tow-bar.  With a capacity of 300 litres, equalling the average UK boot capacity of 280 to 320 litres, the Onto 2 offers exceptional load space without needing to reach onto a roof rack, or compromising on the ability to transport other oversized items such as canoes, kayaks or bikes. Incredibly popular with those whose boots are already filled with dogs, prams etc. or those who wish to keep their wet paddling gear (inflatable kayaks can be included in this list) out of the boot of their vehicle.

By taking the load off the roof and putting it behind the car increases fuel efficiency and saves your back when loading and unloading.

The Thule Onto 2 has a PFAS- free water-resistant treatment applied to the fabric to increase resistance to road dirt adhering to the surface. A simple wash down with soap and water after use followed by a suitable drying period is all that is needed prior to collapsing for efficient storage. Fixing to the tow-bar could not be simpler and requires no tools. While there is no imposition to boot access when in-situ as the Thule Onto 2 folds forward allowing the boot to open. For loading, the Thule GoPack Duffels are an excellent choice and fit neatly into the Onto 2.
