Hard Shelled Tow Bar Cargo Box

The Thule Santu is a hard shell tow-bar mounting cargo box, designed to fit onto a range of Thule's top tier tow-bar mounting bike carriers; Thule Epos, Thule Easy Fold 3 and Thule EasyFold XT (please note that an additional mounting kit is required for Thule Easy XT sold separately).

With a capacity of 260 litres, it almost equals the average UK boot capacity of 280 to 320 litres again. Ensuring that regardless of what you need to take, you will have increased ease to do so, while also ensuring that a roof rack is left free for a canoe or kayak! Using a rear mounting box rather than the more common roof box has a number of benefits, increasing the fuel efficiency and makes loading and unloading easier as less requirement to stretch and reach.

Fixing to the tow-bar could not be simpler and requires no tools. While the Thule Santu can also tilt forward, allowing easy access to the boot and any bikes that you may also wish to transport, please note that this may not be possible with every carrier base. For maximum ease of use, the Thule GoPack Duffels (sold separately) fit perfectly into the Santu to maximise the use of space and make loading up a breeze.

The Thule Santu is easy to handle when not fitted to the tow-bar, with two built in wheels it can be manoeuvred into garages without needing to carry, while robust locks ensure peace of mind and the safe transportation of your prized possessions.
