Peak River Vest
With a secure over the head fit, the Peak River Vest is popular with white water paddlers not needing a chest harness, but still wanting comfort, good adjustment and a clever pocket/storage system. Utilising Peak’s proven Olympic cut, provides an unrestricted range of arm movement for a good paddling experience.
White water kayakers and canoeists need to have rescue equipment close to hand, and Peak have incorporated a large zipped front pocket that can easily accommodate a sling, 2x karabiner pockets and a small knife pocket into the River Vest. With a tough ripstop outer, the inside is an environmentally friendly soft Gaia foam, providing 60-80 N of buoyancy. For a snug fit there are plenty of adjustment straps so the River Vest can be secured over cags, drysuits or skins for the win.
Please note- the Peak River Vest is not usually stocked at Manchester Canoes, but is usually available for immediate dispatch from our central Hub, or can be bough into store for customers to try-on upon request.
